We collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address, nickname, and password (encrypted)
• Practice data: Quiz scores, mock exam results, question attempts, performance analytics
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, device type
• Payment data: We do not store credit card or UPI details. Payments processed by Razorpay or PayPal.

Your data is stored in MongoDB hosted on MongoDB Atlas (cloud) with TLS/SSL encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

We share limited data only as necessary for platform operation:

• Razorpay (INR payments): Amount, order ID, email
• PayPal (USD payments): Amount, order ID
• Resend (Email): Email address for OTPs and confirmations
• Groq Cloud (AI generation): Module syllabus data only

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

EU users have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — delete your account and data
• Right to data portability — export your data
• Right to object — object to processing

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on the SAP section.

Data retained as long as account is active. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days. Aggregated anonymized analytics may be retained for platform improvement.
