By accessing or using ExamClever (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Purpose of Platform
The Platform is designed solely for educational practice purposes to help individuals prepare for SAP certification exams. It is not a substitute for official SAP training.
3. User Registration
You must register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree
not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose beyond personal exam preparation
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract question data
- Share account access with others
5. Intellectual Property
All practice questions, UI design, and content are the intellectual property of ExamClever. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the content without prior written consent.
6. Refund Policy
Module purchases are processed through Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD).
- Digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable since access is granted immediately.
- Technical issues: Contact support@examclever.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Refund requests due to technical issues are evaluated case-by-case.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive or disruptive behavior
- Attempted fraud or payment chargebacks
- Extended inactivity (12+ months with no login)
No refunds for terminations due to policy violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. ExamClever shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
